It is very easy to get distracted right now and lose your focus and consistency in your business.
This is extremely common, so don’t feel like you’re the only one if this pertains to you right now. Especially because we are all excited that the world is opening back up and we’ve all been itching to get away from the house/computer and go experience some life as we used to know it.
But we have to have self-discipline to not neglect the business we have invested so much time and energy into, and we cannot forget our WHY.
If your upline leader is not playing full-tilt right now and inspiring you to be focused and productive, try to help him/her to get seriously into the game with you. Sometimes they just need to hear from people on their team who want to go for it and build. But if that doesn’t work, remember they do not hold the key to your success. You didn’t start your business for them, you did so for you.

Summertime strategies … back to my original point. There are things you can do right now that can attract new people to join your business. For example, teachers are out for the summer now and very open to side income projects. Ask everyone you know, “Who do you know who’s a teacher?” When they tell you the teachers they know, tell them your company has a great program for them for part-time supplemental income during the summer and you want to extend them some info.
You could do a BBQ and tell everyone who attends that it was sponsored by you and your business, so you want to take 5-10 minutes to tell them a bit about what you do for people while they are there.
You could ask if anyone has college student kids who are looking for a fun way to earn money this summer.
You could follow your money and ask everyone you give your business to that they give you 10 minutes for you to show them what you do and see if in turn they will support your business. (After all, they have competition who you could easily give your money to).
