“Craig, I saw your video series with Vince about productivity. What kind of days do you suggest at my level for singularity days?” –Frank Den Blanken, 8-figure entrepreneur, Holland
Answer:
You could divide your days into:
1. Meeting days (one day for all meetings which gives you more thinking time and work blocks on other days)
2. Days devoted to different businesses … so one day (or half day) where you focus on all non-fitness businesses
3. Filming days… nothing but videos … but then no filming the rest of the week… or maybe for two weeks
4. Writing days… or half days… where you do nothing but write
5. Course creation days… devoted entirely to blocks of course creation so you get more work done without task switching or interrupting
6. Thinking days (or as Danette May called them in her Mastermind presentation, “soul days”)
7. Self-care half-days … where you set aside an afternoon for extra recovery (massage, nap, cryotherapy, sauna, etc.)

Craig Ballantyne
