When you aren’t clear…
One of the biggest differences between those who CRUSH it vs. those who don’t is how CLEAR they are with the problem they solve, who they solve it for, and HOW they solve it.
And those who haven’t mastered that message struggle.
I was recently on a call with Cody (our copywriter) and Tory (our client success director), and we were talking about our next Scale Your Sales event… April 12-17th.
We’re making our changes, and one of them is in our messaging to attract the RIGHT people to the event.
Cody was asking Tory and me questions… and guess what?
We were all over the place.
This is normal when you have new offers.
You experiment, you learn, and you correct and continue.
But it was an excellent exercise to see where we’re at.
I thought to myself…
If we aren’t clear, how will our ideal market know our solution is for them?
Well, they won’t, which would explain why we had a big, broad group at our last event.
Don’t get me wrong… We nailed SOME aspects of our messaging.
But we weren’t SPOT on.
And so now, we are, as Tory likes to call it, “Digging out a tunnel with a spoon.”  We’re making small scoops to get us where we need to be.
So here’s how we are going to get crystal clear.
By the end of the call, we were all on the same page on who the event was NOT for.
Now, we’re going to talk to people who the event IS for.
Then, we’ll come back together and finalize our message.
It ain’t always pretty, but when you put in the time and effort… it sure is worth it!
If you aren’t clear… It’s time to get CRYSTAL CLEAR.
