The Difference Between High Performance And Underperforming
[Issue #39]DECLARATION FOR THE DAY:
I take personal responsibility for my thoughts, feelings, and actions.
(Say this 3 times today)
I’ve been talking to a lot of students recently, and one frustration that keeps coming up is… they feel they are capable of more but are still underperforming.
If you want to become a high performer who lives up to your full potential, then I can’t recommend watching this video soon enough.
Being in alignment…
Have you ever felt like no matter what you did, you still didn’t get the results you wanted?
When I look at this statement, I look at it in a specific way…
The word FELT is what pops out to me.
When we feel like we did something (or everything in this situation), that doesn’t necessarily mean we have actually tried everything.
In our minds, we have exhausted our options, but there’s something holding us back from truly giving it everything we’ve got.
And what is holding us back is a misalignment with what we are doing.
I have a student named Tara. She is AMAZING and such a hard worker.
For months now, she was trying and experimenting with who she was helping and how she was going to serve them. And even though she was doing the right things, she still wasn’t getting the results she wanted.
Recently, I had a 1-1 call with her, and she said, “Last week, I figured it out. I feel totally aligned with how I am going to help my clients and who I am helping.”
And guess what? In one week, she made her first sale of $750 (half an installment) and has two more sales, starting the first of December and in the new year.
Everything in our mind, body, and soul shifts when we go into alignment with what we are supposed to do.
We aren’t trying to make it work. We know it will work.
We aren’t resisting, we’re flowing.
Most of the time, we KNOW if we are in alignment or not. We can feel it. We can hear it with how we speak. And if we are not in alignment, it eats our energy up.
So my friend, as we go into the end of the year, are you in alignment with what you should be doing?
If not, the only way to get there is to make THE DECISION to move on. That alone will close one door and open up a brand new one.
I hope this serves you well today 🙂
To Your Success,
Jesse Eker
